Extraordinary meetings of the Assembly of Governors or the Sub-regional Committees shall be called at any time by the Chairperson of the Association or by the Chairperson of the Sub-regional Committee concerned, either at his/her own initiative or at the request of at least fifty per cent of members. In either case, sufficient consultations shall take place and reasonable period of notice shall be given
