"Sub-Regional Committee" means all member Central Banks belonging to Sub-Regions (Article 1, Paragraph 2, Ident ix of the AACB Statutes).

Each sub-regional Committee shall consist of the Governors or Presidents and Heads of similar member Monetary Institutions in the sub-region. (Article 5, Paragraph 7 of the AACB Statutes)
