During the 30 th Assembly of Governors of AACB held in Windhoek, Namibia, Governors approved the principle of organization a continental seminar each year. In this regard, the following topics have been presented and debated

 2008 year : "Moving towards international standards in payments system : the African experience"

 2009 year : "Liquidity Management
